kuy9 Terms and Conditions

These Terms apply to all services, games, bonus offers and promotional activities on the kuy9 platform. Alongside these Terms, kuy9's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy are equally binding.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" refers to kuy9's website and all associated digital assets.
• "Member" refers to a registered user account holder.
• "Balance" refers to the total amount of funds held in a member's account.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to funds received through promotional offers that require specific wagering conditions to be met before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the condition of placing a specified amount in bets before bonus funds become withdrawable.
• "Fair Play Policy" refers to kuy9's rules for ensuring a fraud-free and fair gaming environment.

1.2 Applicable Law

These Terms and all related matters will be governed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. In the event of a dispute, both parties will first attempt to resolve the matter through friendly discussion.

kuy9 keeps all data transmitted on the platform secure using SSL encryption technology. However, you are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential.

• Do not share your account credentials (login ID and password) with anyone.
• If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, notify the kuy9 support team immediately.
• kuy9 will not be held liable for any loss arising from misuse of your account by a third party.
• It is your responsibility to log out of your session after logging in on a public or shared device.
• Keeping account information up to date is the member's responsibility; kuy9 will not be liable for issues arising from outdated information.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Members making their first deposit on kuy9 will receive a 200% welcome bonus of up to ৳10,000. For example, if you deposit ৳5,000 you will receive a ৳10,000 bonus, bringing your total gaming balance to ৳15,000.

• To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 15 times the total bonus amount (wagering requirement: 15x).
• Before the wagering requirement is met, withdrawals are only possible from the cash balance.
• The welcome bonus applies to the first deposit made after registration; it does not apply to subsequent deposits.
• The opportunity to claim the bonus is limited to a specific period after registration — see the applicable timeframe in the member portal.

5.2 VIP Cashback Program

kuy9's VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback is given at each tier based on regular gaming activity:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Members can advance to higher tiers based on regular gaming activity and loyalty.

5.3 General Bonus Policy

• kuy9 reserves the right to modify, cancel or withdraw any bonus offer.
• Attempting to claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts will result in closure of all associated accounts.
• Bonuses are only usable on designated games and may not apply to all games.
• Bonus funds cannot be directly transferred to another person.
• If wagering is not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus balance will be cancelled.

The following activities are strictly prohibited. Violation of these rules will result in account closure, forfeiture of all balances and legal action where necessary:

• Operating multiple accounts or attempting to claim bonus benefits more than once using the same identity.
• Using any automation software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to operate games.
• Attempting to access another member's account or engaging in hacking activities.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability of the platform.
• Operating an account under a false identity or in another person's name.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Pre-arranging game outcomes with other members (collusion).
• Using kuy9's brand identity or logo without permission.

kuy9 is committed to operating a safe and reliable platform. However, kuy9's liability will be limited in the following circumstances:

• Disruption to the gaming experience caused by internet connection issues, power outages, or device failures.
• Service failures by third-party game providers or payment processors.
• Service interruptions due to unexpected natural disasters, government directives, or technical reasons.
• Account damage resulting from the member's own negligence in account security.
• Financial losses caused by third parties outside the platform.

11.1 Complaint Submission Process

If you have a dispute or complaint, please contact our support team first. When submitting a complaint, provide the following information:

• Your account username.
• The date and time the issue occurred (BST).
• A detailed description of the issue.
• Screenshots or other evidence where applicable.

11.2 Resolution Timeframe

The support team generally provides an initial response after receiving a complaint. Complex matters are reviewed within a set timeframe and a resolution is communicated.

11.3 Final Decision

The decision of kuy9's management team will be considered final. All disputes are resolved on the basis of game results, technical logs, and transaction records.
